THREAD Verification SYSTEMS
KSPL offers Thread Inspection SPM's and Multiple options based on Part geometry, Production rate.

Thread checking is tedious & time consuming, even more so on high volume production lines. Very often done manually

These Thread Inspection SPM works at high speed, resulting in high productivity. We use Servo driven spindle mounted with GO / NO GO, Thread Plugs (TPG) & Rings(TRG).

SPM drives TPG / TRG, at minimal torque with incremental speed moves into (or through, or onto) thread till desired Thread Length and reverse back to generate GOOD Thread signal

If Thread is damaged or inccurate, spindle will disengage from Servo drive, reverses back & generate BAD Thread signal.

Our Semi-Automated and Fully-Automated Thread Inspection Systems comes with variety of configurations, suitable to every customer need

Thread Inspection SPM can be mounted as a standalone machine or End-Of-Line (EOL) Production machine.

VERTICAL STATION
  • Thread Inspection Machine suitable for SPECIAL NUTS, BUSH, NOZZLES, SENSOR HOUSING
  • Multiple Parts are stacked to ensure continuous Machine running.
  • Typically used with GO Thread Tool. (Thread Plug & Ring Gauge). However Special Machine with GO / NOGO can be built
  • Thread Inspection & Part sorting is done in < 5~6 Seconds
  • Good & Bad thread parts are sorted in separate bins
  • Audio / Visual Indication for GOOD & BAD Part.
  • Thread Tool (TPG, TRG) Calibration Due alarms generated, number of cycles reaches 95% of calibration frequency
