FaciliWorks Technical Support

Before you pick up the phone to call us, kindly ensure :



 You have taken a back-up of your FaciliWorks database.

 Restart the computer once, and verify that the error persists.

 Keep your FaciliWorks CD ready.
You may be asked to re-install the software.
However don't do it until instructed by the Support engineer.

 Make a note of the steps that you followed, after which FaciliWorks showed the Error.
Also write down the name of the Form / Report Title where you have faced the problem.

 Windows OS Update Patches, Installation of MS-Office or other such software, changing security rights, unexpected Power Shut-downs are some of the possible causes of Errors.
Please make a note of all such occurrences.

 Share your FaciliWorks Version, Company Name, your Name, contact numbers with Support engineer.
Also ensure you have valid Maintenance Contract with KSPL.
