IMPORTANT INSTRUCTION

Before you pick up a phone to call us, kindly ensure following:

  • You have taken back up of your KurtSPC database
  • Restart computer one more time to ensure error persist.
  • Keep your KurtSPC CD ready. You may be asked to reinstall software. However don't do it without being instructed by Support engineer.
  • Make a note of any event which occur before KurtSPC shows error. Also write down Form / Report Title where your face problem.
  • Windows OS Update Patch, Installation of MS-OFFICE or some other software, changing security rights, enexpected Power Shut-down are some of the possible causes of error. Please make note of it.
  • Share your KurtSPC Version, company name, your name, contact numbers with Support engineer. Also ensure you have valid Maintenance Contract with KSPL.
